Healthy Habits
My healthy habits are research-based strategies that address the many layers/dimensions of our lives. These dimensions are based off of Dr. Bill Hettler of the National Health Institute's Wellness Wheel that he developed in 1976. The Wellness Wheel covers the many layers or dimensions of our lives like emotional, social, physical, spiritual, responsibility, environmental, and so on. It is important to make sure that our needs are met in all of these areas in order to feel well body, mind, and spirit. After many years of research I have come up with many healthy habits that address these many layers.
